Description of Rockworks
This spacious and fully air-conditioned private home on St. Thomas's cool, less-traveled north side offers romantic seclusion within an exceptionally beautiful and lush garden setting. Many varieties of tropical palms, bananas and fruit trees enhance the natural beauty of this home, which was designed to take advantage of the north side's cool ocean breezes. Convenient parking just adjacent to the entry allows for easy access. The fully air-conditioned main pavilion houses the large living area, the well-equipped kitchen, dining areas and a king bedroom/bath suite. The second king air-conditioned bedroom/bath pavilion is just a few steps across the sunny deck for maximum privacy, and offers a sitting area. Rockworks is situated next to and just above Stone Cottage within the electronically-gated estate, but privacy between them is complete. You may rent Rockworks and Stone Cottage for up to seven of you - but rest assured that your privacy, inside this villa or outside at the pool, is complete. Please book early for Rockworks - it's in big demand!

Satellite TV (a 37-inch flat-screen TV in living room + a 27-inch TV in each bedroom; but only 2 receivers for the 3 TVs), 3 DVD players, surround sound, CD player in main house with outdoor speakers, iPod dock/radio/clock in 2nd pavilion, books, games, movie collection, full A/C in both pavilions, limited Wi-Fi in master bedroom only, answering machine; hair dryers, safe for valuables, binoculars, gas grill, waterfall into pool; 4 beach chairs + coolers, 12-volt emergency lighting in main pavilion, electronic gate into estate, trash collection twice per week, dishwasher, laundry. Second pavilion also has a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, iPod dock/radio/clock + small stereo. Complimentary snack basket on arrival.
