Offers cannot be combined and are not retroactive.AnaCapri Estate sits on a generous one-acre lot looking out over Tortola's breathtaking panorama of Guana Island, Great Camanoe, and over to The Dogs and Virgin Gorda. On clear nights you can even see the lights of Anegada sparkling in the blue distance. This just-completed Italian-style villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms and several outside decks and balconies from which to admire the expansive ocean views and enjoy cooling tropical tradewinds.
Built on two levels, AnaCapri Estate's main floor contains the spacious Great Room with a corner area for dining and a beautiful adjoining gourmet kitchen with top-flight appliances and granite countertops. The Great Room has cool electronics for your vacation entertainment - a Sonos music system with internet radio to suit any taste, and a library of DVD movies. The big 55-inch HDTV is equipped with satellite TV and surround-sound speakers. And Anacapri's Sony Play Station 3 with games, a library of books, board games and puzzles will ensure that no one will be bored for a moment.
A long covered verandah facing the sea and set with cushy chairs and a sofa fronts the Great Room, affording views of Rogues Point on your left and the white sands of Josiah's Beach to your right; the verandah seamlessly connects interiors and exterior via large sliding glass doors. An adjacent door between the kitchen and dining area opens out to the pool deck with a table, chairs and gas grill, overlooking the infinity pool and the ocean. Off the Great Room are also a powder room, laundry room, and two serene air-conditioned queen bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath and a small private balcony for two.
A staircase accented by locally-crafted stained glass windows and woven tapestries curves gracefully upstairs to AnaCapri's second floor, where the large master king bedroom suite is situated next door to an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen Murphy bed and also used as a home office/study- this room does not have a private bathroom. This room offers a comfortable pull-down queen Murphy bed and is perfect for small children who need to be close to their parents but is private from the master suite. The sliding glass doors in the air-conditioned romantic master suite open out to a private outdoor lounge, roofed and furnished with cushioned seating which overlooks the pool and decks. A few stairs lead from the master suite's verandah down to the pool levels.
The infinity pool is flanked by a two-tiered tiled sun deck with chaise lounges, and an alfresco dining table sits poolside under a roofed pavilion.
At the front of AnaCapri Estate is a handy herb garden, which is currently producing two kinds of basil, garlic, green onions, thyme, oregano, lemon grass and spinach. Bananas, plantains and papayas also grow on the property. A serpentine tiled walkway threads through tropical plantings to another alfresco dining area. Stone steps lead down to the villa's secluded "Place in The Rocks" patio with huge boulders providing a very private backdrop to more lovely sea views beyond. AnaCapri's air-conditioned queen guest suite is situated on this level.
This spacious new villa has been perfectly sited on its green hillside locale and beautifully constructed using columns and eyebrow windows to lend an aura of spaciousness and more light. Beautiful hand-blown Murano glass light fixtures were brought over from Italy to grace AnaCapri, and framed photographs taken by the villa owner during travels to Italy enhance the rooms. Custom-built and artistically hand-carved mahogany furniture add warmth and unique charm everywhere. All five beds at AnaCapri Estate are also of mahogany, with Euro-style pillow-top mattresses for a plush, wonderful night's sleep.
It's just a leisurely 10-to-15 minute drive to Road Town's shopping and dining, and to a variety of beautiful sandy beaches. AnaCapri will please young and old with its bounty of guest amenities, a pleasing floor plan and mesmerizing views of the surrounding islets and cays of the British Virgin Islands...Nature’s Little Secrets!

ANACAPRI ESTATE IS AVAILABLE FOR WEDDINGS, PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS (maximum 50 guests): Social events may be held at AnaCapri Estate as part of your seven-night minimum villa rental, plus an additional flat event fee of $1000. A $1500 fully-refundable event damage deposit is also required for all guests holding an event at AnaCapri Estate. *ALL tables, flatware, china, dishes and glassware for the wedding MUST be rented or provided by your caterer. Your caterer must also do ALL cleanup after your wedding, reception or party. AnaCapri guests will be held completely responsible for any damages and missing items; guests will also be held responsible and charged for any extra villa cleaning or trash removal that their caterer or event planner fails to do. McLaughlin Anderson Luxury Villas requires that you give us, at least 30 days in advance, complete details of all of your wedding or party plans, including all names and contact information for wedding and/or catering/chef personnel, or for party planners who are supplying services for your event at AnaCapri Estate...this information must be provided to us in advance as part of your rental Terms & Conditions. All guests at the event must be considerate of the neighbors by making every effort to reduce noise and its impact on our quiet, residential neighborhood. If a band or other entertainment is hired for an event, the band or performer must play only acoustic instruments - electronic instruments, outdoor speakers and amplifiers are prohibited, and all outdoor noise and music must end promptly by 10 PM. Please ask to see our agreement for events.
