Description of Into The Mystic
This beautifully-finished jewel box of a villa offers lovely sea views overlooking yachts riding at anchor in azure Coral Bay and the green British Virgin Islands beyond.
A few steps from the driveway bring you right inside Into The Mystic's main level. The main level comprises a very well-equipped kitchen with handsome granite counters and sink, a powder room, a living area featuring a dining table and a large sink-into sofa for TV and movie watching. In an adjoining room there's a washer and dryer.
Conveniently outside the kitchen door is a covered patio with a large stainless steel gas grill. Two of the living area's walls have glass slider doors; in front, these doors open out to a spacious covered verandah which is furnished with a cushioned sofa and chaises and a large alfresco dining table. This verandah looks out to the spectacular panorama of Coral Bay and beyond to Tortola and Virgin Gorda.
Just beyond the media area is another covered verandah with a hammock fronting the beautiful master suite, where you'll find a carved four-poster bed, TV, and a sumptuous master bath with two his-and-hers vessel sinks and a tiled shower.
Outside, down a few stairs to a sunny curved deck, is the swimming pool which looks out over that breathtaking vista; the pool is bordered by chaise lounges and tropical landscaping.
Into The Mystic, which was featured on HGTV, is completely air-conditioned throughout, and offers all the expected top amenities - and more. Its design and decor, which include original paintings by the owner, are artfully executed. This compact one-bedroom deluxe villa has it all, from a hot tub to St. John-style stonework, to the decks, perfectly situated to catch island tradewinds and inspiring ocean views. And the road winding up to Into The Mystic's hillside location is completely paved - another plus.
You really haven't lived until you've seen the moon rising over the islands, scattering silver moonbeams across the sea. As the Van Morrison song's lyrics say, "Let your soul and spirit fly into the mystic." Very highly recommended!

A 42-inch flat screen high-definition cable TV with DVR and premium channels, iPod dock, DVD/CD player + surround-sound in living area, and a 30-inch flat screen high-definition cable TV in master bedroom; books, games, movie + music collections; central A/C throughout; DSL + W-Fi throughout property, answering machine; gourmet kitchen; hair dryer, binoculars, safe for valuables, KitchenAid stainless steel gas grill; assorted snorkel gear, beach chairs + coolers, dishwasher, laundry. Generator on property, which will run the water pump (so you can shower + flush toilets, watch HDTV and DVD player, and cook), + it will keep the fridge running. It will not run any A/C units).
Rental Notes
*As of August, 2013, Into The Mystic's the on-site manager will occupy the apartment beneath Into the Mystic from time to time. If she is there, she will gladly assist you regarding maintenance, concierge services, or for seasoned advice on island activities and anything else you might want to know, but your vacation privacy is, of course, completely assured. The lower level is not visible to Into The Mystic’s main floor, and the manager cannot see into the main level.
