Description of Ginger Thomas
Just a convenient 15-minute walk to Cruz Bay, Ginger Thomas is surrounded by beautiful lush tropical landscaping. This two-bedroom villa is built on two levels on a cul-de sac, overlooks lovely ocean views of Cruz Bay's harbor and St. Thomas beyond, and sparkling seas to the horizon.
The main level has a comfortable living room and full kitchen, with an air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite adjoining; pocket sliding doors open from both rooms onto the deep covered verandah set with a pool. The verandah fronting the villa is spacious, cool and shady, and is furnished as another living area for comfortable relaxation and alfresco dining with a view.
Below, via a sheltered exterior staircase, is the lower air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite. Both king bedrooms in this popular villa feature "Heavenly Beds" by Simmons.
Ginger Thomas is beautifully furnished and very well equipped for your vacation pleasures, with lots of extra amenities, including Wi-Fi for your laptop. A great value for St. John vacationers!

Rental Notes
Ginger Thomas is the westernmost home of three separate villas in a row. Right next door is Mandavilla, and beyond it, Ylang-Ylang. You may rent just Ginger Thomas for two to four persons, or you may also rent Mandavilla and/or Ylang-Ylang together to sleep up to 10 persons in three separate accommodations. Although these villas are next door to each other (approx. 30 feet apart), privacy between the three properties is well maintained by good design and landscaping. These three villas are conveniently located near Cruz Bay - just a short walk, or about a 1-1/2-minutes' drive to town for shopping, dining, island-style nightlife, and all the holiday fun that popular St. John has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VILLA'S TWO BEDROOMS ARE ON SEPARATE FLOORS AND THE LOWER LEVEL ACCESSED BY AN OUTSIDE STAIRCASE. ALTHOUGH CHILDREN ARE WELCOME, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL BE SLEEPING SEPARATELY FROM THEIR PARENTS.*
On-site management is next door from time to time. He's there if you need him for seasoned advice on island activities and anything else you might want to know, but your vacation privacy is, of course, completely assured at Ginger Thomas.
