Description of Pallina
Luxurious Pallina is beautifully furnished and landscaped, and looks out over magnificent Magens Bay and beyond to its mile-long white sand beach.
Pallina's fully air-conditioned main level is comprised of a spacious airy Great Room with high ceilings, a dining area, a well-equipped and just-remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, and three bedrooms and two baths are set on either side of this living area. The spacious king master suite on Pallina's main level features a romantic four-poster king bed with a matching chaise, a large bath with bidet, bathtub and shower, and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms, on the other side of the Great Room, share a bath, and a powder room is also just outside in the adjacent hallway. Bordering the entire oceanfront side of Pallina is a sweeping terrace which enjoys blue vistas of Magens Bay and glorious sunsets at the cocktail hour - and total privacy for sunbathing.
An exterior staircase brings you down to the lower pool and hot tub level and to Pallina's second king master suite, the fourth air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite, complete with its own sitting room, a second kitchen and private terrace overlooking Magen's Bay. Just outside this suite, alongside a columned pavilion perfect for shady relaxation, is the pool and sun deck edged with gardens - another sublime spot from which to enjoy more ocean views and island sunsets.
