In addition to the 7 king bedroom suites at Coral Garden Beach Estate, there is a 2-twin trundle bed in one of the main-level king suites, a 2-twin OR 1-king pop-up trundle bed in the Pool Suite's air-conditioned bedroom, and the lower Beach Suite offers 2 kings (the 2nd king bed to be placed with your advance request in either the Beach Suite's air-conditioned bedroom with the other king bed, OR in the Beach Suite's air-conditioned living room). You can enjoy 2 swimming pools, full A/C throughout both villas, and superb snorkeling on live coral reefs from Coral Gardens Beach Estate's own strand of beach. You may also create an all-inclusive estate experience by requesting that a licensed professional staff (chef, maid, masseuse, etc.) be available onsite during your stay, at additional charges.

Rental Notes

A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED FOR CORAL GARDENS BEACH ESTATE ALL YEAR AROUND, EXCEPT during the Christmas/New Year's holiday period when a 10-night minimum rental is required. For Thanksgiving Week 2008 and for Christmas 2008/New Year's 2009 periods only, Coral Gardens MUST be rented along with Coral Gardens Beach Estate, the larger villa next door - see rates for this combined two-villa property on this web site under CORAL GARDENS BEACH ESTATE AND SECRET GARDENS. For Thanksgiving 2009 and Christmas 2009/New Year's 2010, Coral Gardens may be rented without also renting Secret Gardens, the smaller villa next door.

CORAL GARDENS BEACH ESTATE's caretakers stay in the lower Beach Suite from time to time (if this villa is booked to capacity - all 7 bedrooms rented - he and/or she will not stay in the Beach Suite).  The Beach Suite has its own private entrance. The caretakers are only a phone call away, should you need them for seasoned island advice or immediate assistance, but your vacation privacy is completely assured.

*RENT BOTH CORAL GARDENS BEACH ESTATE and SECRET GARDENS VILLAS TOGETHER AS ONE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY FOR UP TO 24 PERSONS. YOU MAY SECURE CORAL GARDENS BEACH ESTATE AS YOUR PRIMARY VILLA WITH 7 KING BEDROOMS, OR COMBINE IT WITH SECRET GARDENS NEXT DOOR FOR 9 KING BEDROOMS TOTAL, ACCOMMODATING UP TO 24 PERSONS (using the 2 king beds in the Pool Suite + 2 king beds in the Beach Suite, + the double-twin trundle bed in a main-level bedroom) - THEN YOU'LL HAVE THE ENTIRE CORAL GARDENS BEACH ESTATE WITH ITS TWO VILLAS EXCLUSIVELY TO YOURSELVES. IF BOTH VILLAS ARE RENTED AT THE SAME TIME TO TWO SEPARATE PARTIES, ONLY THE GATED ENTRANCE AND PARKING AREA BETWEEN THE TWO VILLAS ARE SHARED, AND PRIVACY IS WELL MAINTAINED.
