VILLA RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM. Up to 2 infants under 24 months may be permitted above headcount - or, above headcount per bedroom where all bedrooms not utilized at selected villas; please inquire. Information about specific Caribbean villa rentals including the rates and availability of the villas is subject to change at any time. Villa rental quotes are subject to our revision. Weekly and nightly villa rental rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (12.5% for U.S. Virgin Islands villas including St. Thomas villas, St. John villas and St. Croix villas; 7% for British Virgin Islands villas including the Little Thatch Island villa, Tortola villas and Virgin Gorda villas, and 12.5% for Grenada villas).

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most Caribbean villas. However, a 7-night minimum at full Thanksgiving rate required on all rentals which occur during any portion of the Thanksgiving holiday week.
