CANEFIELD HOUSE

"Paradise. We returned yesterday from the BVI and glorious Canefield House. I left an exultant message in the guest book that you'll read next week, but for now, know that everything, and I mean everything, was perfection and you know that the word beautiful just cannot do justice to the house(s), the views, the plantings, the interiors, everything.

We hardly went anywhere except for some outstanding meals (mostly lunches) and mostly on the north shore. Reading a lot was never more pleasant! And weather was perfect to boot! Thank you for making it available to the four of us."

REFUGE

"The Refuge was spectacular.

There is a tremendous advantage in staying in a new place, and it was very well equipped-from the kitchen all the way down to the snorkel equipment and beach chairs.

We arrived after dark and the manager was there with the rental car and guided us to our destination.The kitchen supplies stocked by Bobby's were all there so we did not have to go out for a few days. Actually, we only ate out one night. A great start to our family vacation.

We did purchase some boogie boards and left them there for the next guests. Beyond the exquisite house, the view was amazing. We had a short (5 minute) walk to our "private beach". The weather in the BVIs was ideal. My family enjoyed SCUBA Diving and snorkeling.

I would highly recommend The Refuge and McLaughlin Anderson."

"With not ever having been to Tortola I did not know what to expect. Although you can read as many books and do internet research it does not match actual experience first hand.

Every aspect of the trip planning was a nice experience and handled professionally.

Absolutely Perfect in every way!!!"

TARA

"Hi Bonnie,

"Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed being at Tara. It is a lovely house with a beautifully outfitted kitchen and marvelous views. We were very well looked after by (Island Manager) Lynn, and Madelyn who looks after the house is very nice.

We still miss the views, soft air and sound of the ocean.

Another great stay on Tortola and we look forward to returning.

P.S.: Veronica at D&D is super too. She was agreat help in arranging a water taxi to take our girls to St. Thomas because the ferry schedule was inconvenient."

"As far as Tara is concerned, it is a beautiful villa and we especially liked the outdoor showers, open spaces, swimming pool, and the well equipped kitchen. Our favorite beach was Smuggler's Cove and the villa was perfectly located for it."

"Hi, We had a wonderful holiday. The accommodation was lovely!

Lynn (our manager) was welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurants, organizing housekeeping, etc. We could not have managed without George, our driver!"
