2B AT PETER BAY

"I just wanted to extend our deepest thanks to you both from our entire group for our wonderful stay at 2B Peter Bay. We have all decided that your home there is the closest thing that we have seen to heaven on earth and we absolutely did not want to leave after our week there. Your home is exquisite and every detail about it was obviously meticulously thought out to ensure your guests' comfort. I was in sales and event planning for one of the largest caterers in Texas for a number of years, so all of the small details are always important to me, and I don't believe that you missed a one!

Additionally, Roger and Colleen (managers) were absolutely wonderful to us! They were so sweet and thoughtful and looked after us so kindly. I know that Roger must have told you about the leaking problem that occurred while we were there. We were concerned that someone knew about it so that it could be investigated, and since (one of the people) in our group has his own construction and engineering company, he had the problem all figured out. When I called Roger about it he immediately came over to see about it and he and our friend had a grand time climbing all around to look at the problem. Roger is so committed to seeing that everything is perfect at 2B. He is a great villa manager and we really enjoyed getting to know him. He has even promised us a sail on his boat when we come back next year!

We also want to thank you so much for the wine that you had Roger bring over to us. That was so kind, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We drank a toast to our hosts out on the patio that night! We have all said that it was the most wonderful vacation that any of us can remember. We will definitely be coming back, and I hope for a longer visit next time. Again, thank you so much for all of your hospitality, and thank you for the honor and absolute pleasure of sharing your beautiful home with us for our week in paradise. We hope to be back next year."

CHEZ SHELL

"Chez Shell was AWESOME! The managers were kind and informative about the villa; absent until called upon. Quick to respond. The villa was impeccably clean! Denise does an incredible job there!!

My massage by Lina who was filling in for Arlene, ROCKED; I am happy to report (I think they share office space). I am a tough critic in this area so...take it for what it is worth.

Your advice on the boating was excellent. We did a dinghy one day and then used your tip and got a GREAT captain, Jason (from another company) and took that to the Baths and other spots. While the captain was refueling, I walked my niece and nephew around town. Got a call from my husband to come watch the car as a police officer warned him he had 5 mins. My husband tipped (the captain) and said a quick goodbye. The other three of us never saw him again.

So the day we departed my husband stopped by to tell the Steve (the owner of the boat company), how great Jason was on our trip to the Baths. Really a NICE young man who clearly was competent and knowledgeable. Please feel free to send along our further compliments and thanks to him!

We never go wrong using McLaughlin Anderson! It was fun showing a niece and nephew where it is we go when not at the New Jersey shore with them every summer. They were awed by the fish, turtles, and The Baths.

DELFINA

"Dear Bonnie,

We send our most sincere thanks to you, to everyone who is a part of your team, and to the owners of Delfina. We appreciate the free day that made it possible for us to make this trip as well as the great service provided by your team. Also, thanks for arranging the trundle bed for the 10 year old - it worked out very well, he loved the games!

What a warm welcome from Chuck as he led us to the villa! The presentation of the villa was enchanting, each room with the lights glowing, ceiling fans cooling the air and music drifting through the home. Our group was thrilled as Chuck took us on a tour and made us welcome. Then as we unpacked and settled in, we realized how much of a home it really was, with everything we could possibly need already there - from spices in the kitchen to band aids in the drawer.

My daughter and I loved changing the table linens to a different theme each day. The freshly baked carrot cake, and grapes, and water, and beer, and coffee, and diet/regular cokes, and chips and flowers made our first morning a dream come true as we sat on the balconies eating breakfast and looking across the bay at the most wonderful blue color of the water with the warm sun on our faces.

This vacation, for all of us, was wonderful. The villa made it so special that we happily came home from the beach (getting out of the water is very hard to do) to live in luxury and jump in the hot tub and cool off in the wonderful infinity pool. And the final touch with the balloons to celebrate my husband's birthday, the whole picture was perfect and so was the look in his eyes.

The memories will live forever in all our hearts, and when things get crazy busy I will go back to St. John and be in the water again and sit on the balcony of Delfina and take a breath of the cleansing air. Thanks, again, for your contribution to the best of our 6 visits to St. John."

GINGER THOMAS

"We had a fabulous time at Ginger Thomas and St. John. I had not been to the island in about 6 years and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The beaches, snorkeling and hiking were fantastic. We enjoyed great meals also while there. They built that new shopping/food mart since I was there and that is a great plus. So many of the places we went hadn't changed which was great. The additional building didn't bother me at all. It's my favorite island of all.

The house was just wonderful. Just what we needed. I have nothing but high praise for it. I had stayed next door at Mandavilla before and I think that area is a perfect location - secluded but close to town.

Your staff was great to work with. Everything went really smoothly and that certainly adds to the enjoyment of the trip. I have given your company's name to several people and I would certainly book with you again.

ISLA VISTA

"My wife and I have been renting villas in the Carribbean for many years now. After much searching, we have finally found the island and the villa that absolutely DEMAND that we return next year - the amazing Isla Vista on the island of St John.

Let me start with the villa. This is the most amazing villa we have ever stayed in. No detail has been left to chance. It starts with the VIEW from one of the highest and most private hillsides on the island. 270 degree views of St Thomas and the Caribbean from just about everywhere in the house. Unobstructed views of a fiery sunset every night. There is no need to head to an island restaurant or bar to catch the sunset. Just have a glass of wine and watch from your own pool.

The house itself is exquisite. Travertine tile everywhere. A gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill for cooking romantic meals. Beautiful granite countertops. A sensuous outdoor shower. Your own heated swimming pool. Flat screen TVs with satellite dish. An iPod docking station. A CD player. Wi-Fi throughout the house and out by the pool as well. And all of this is located just a short 5 minute drive to the restaurants and night life of Cruz Bay and 10 minutes from the amazing north shore beaches. On the other hand, you may choose to never leave your villa. Everything is right there for you.

This multimillion dollar villa will absolutely amaze even the most discerning travelers. And in the unlikely event something is not to your liking, your gracious hostess will do everything in her power to take care of it right away. CD player not working properly? She installed a brand new one the very next day. The pool not warm enough? She will turn up the heater a few degrees for you. Can't light the gas grill? She even sent her husband over to light it for me (it was working fine, I just was not very skilled in lighting it).

We definitely hope to return to Isla Vista next year. And for many years thereafter. We literally felt as if we were living the life of a movie star featured on "The Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous". My wife and I cannot possibly recommend this place highly enough!"

"It was FANTASTIC!!!!! Great view, comfortable bedrooms, well furnished, and on and on. We absolutely loved it and would definitely go there again.

It was perfect for our family getaway - truly one of our best trips ever - and I think it'd be a great spot for several couples and/or families. You can highly recommend it with confidence. The management group for the house is super as well and... were so cute to call us the first day there to make sure everything was good.

We could not have asked for a more wonderful place for a memorable family trip. Our time together was truly enhanced by being in your home (a "resort" as my son said). We had so much fun we totally forgot to write in the guest book. Please please please let (the owners) know that their home is stunning, well equipped (not a thing is missing) and so user-friendly. We have two beach homes that we are renting starting this spring and I learned so much from our visit. I can't imagine there being a better house to stay in on St. John. We all had 7 amazing days and we look forward to coming back again.

SEACOVE

Well let me say upfront, the villa was awesome. The views, the rooms, the pool and the killer entertainment center. The kitchen worked out great because we ate meals @ home everyday, so no report on restaurants. :)

We went to Caneel Bay for tennis (great courts) and shopped both local shops (in town) and high-end shops at Mongoose Junction. Grocery stores and wine/beer shop had all we needed and the Villa Food (provisioning service) did a great job!

Our contact Neil did a great job meeting us and getting us safely to the villa. We loved St. John! Oh, we also chartered a boat... Got to go around to a bunch of snorkeling places and had lunch @ Foxy's and to a wonderful bay around the corner and stopped @ The Soggy Dollar (on Jost van Dyke)...

"We recently returned this past June, from our stay at the villa Seacove on St.John, in the gated community of Peter Bay, and I have to say, the views from the villa were incredible.

That is the only word to describe what was one of our best vacations ever. Peter Bay is so private, with its own beach, which is just a few minutes' walk from the villa. We never wanted to leave Seacove, because the views were some of the 'best' I have ever seen (having traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean).

Seacove has everything you could want, from the open air feeling of the main living area, to the privacy of the library/media room, to just relax and unwind, after a hard day at the beach. The tile work throughout is extensive, and is complimented by the locally made light fixtures carefully placed throughout the villa's main living areas. This gives the house a warm and cozy feeling.

One of my favorite outdoor areas was the courtyard, where a tropical water fall surrounded by lush vegetation made a beautiful backdrop, for picture taking with the family. The views from the main level balcony, were just amazing.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was a special place, and Chuck, our villa escort made sure we were comfortable with our surroundings and went over the audio and video components thoroughly, so we could enjoy every aspect of the whole villa experience.

Kudos to McLaughlin Anderson, and their team of professionals, for making this a trip we'll remember, for years to come and hope to be back, in the not too distant future."

VILLA CARLOTA

"Everything was exactly as promised when we arrived at our villa! We used Blue Sky to help us with the provisions and everything we requested was in the kitchen and anything that needed to be chilled was ready for us!!

This villa is exceptionally beautiful!! The pictures on the website showing the Villa Carlota are so pretty, but the house is even more beautiful in person. And the views.... to die for!

The escort who met us at the ferry and then drove us to the villa was so nice. He was very patient and kind and was not in a hurry to rush us through the property. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We appreciated his time and attention very much! Everything they promised was done for us!!

We loved the island and the people!!

Our group had the most wonderful time and everything was done exactly as you promised. We could not have been happier with our entire week and the house was beautiful and a perfect place to spend the week on St. John!!
