Right on one of St. Thomas's best white sand beaches, the The Ritz-Carlton Club® offers 2- and 3-bedroom Residences and 2-bedroom suites. As a guest at The Ritz-Carlton Club, you'll receive full access to all Hotel amenities of the adjoining Ritz-Carlton Hotel, including the fitness facility, the full-service spa and salon, lighted tennis courts and three restaurants.
*Optional daily-fee watersports, sailing and diving and the popular **Ritz Kids program are all on-site for your convenience.

AN OPTIONAL RESORT FEE for activities is available to you at check-in, at $135 for any 3 days, $195 for any 5 days, or $250 per week, PER RESIDENCE or SUITE. It includes use of ALL the Resort's non-motorized sports equipment, including Hobie Cats, snorkel gear, windsurfers, kayaks, paddle boats and early-morning "Miles with Niles" morning runs. Fitness, yoga and Pilates classes have an additional per-class entrance fee. The Optional Resort Fee does NOT include lessons.
SAILING: Guests may enjoy half-day, full-day and sunset sails daily on Lady Lynsey, the Ritz-Carlton's 53-foot catamaran. All cruises depart directly from the Resort, and include cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. DIVING: Guided scuba dives and snorkeling excursions depart daily from the Resort's on-property full-PADI Dive Center, where beginners, intermediate and advanced divers will find different dive trips which meet their particular levels of experience. Towels, drinking water and refreshments on board. Dive courses can also be taught in French, Spanish or Italian.

RITZ KIDS PROGRAM operates M – F, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Children ages 5 – 12 welcome to participate. Program encompasses a full schedule of activities, mostly outdoors, including introduction to all watersports equipment. Cost is $75 per day, per child.

ALL CARIBBEAN VILLA RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM, AND ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Information about specific Caribbean villa rentals including the availability of all Caribbean villas listed on this website is subject to change at any time. Quotes for Caribbean villas and Caribbean villa rentals are provided as a courtesy only and are subject to our revision. The weekly and nightly Caribbean villa rental rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for U.S. Virgin Islands villas including St. Thomas villas, St. John villas and St. Croix villas; 7% for British Virgin Islands villas including Anegada villas, Little Thatch Island villas, Tortola villas and Virgin Gorda villas, and 8% for Grenada villas).
A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during HIGH SEASON and THANKSGIVING and 5 nights during LOW SEASON for most Caribbean villas. A 10-14 night minimum villa rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the Caribbean villa and island.
