Nancy's Description of Wild Ginger Through a wrought-iron gated entrance and down a short staircase gently descending through lush tropical plantings is Wild Ginger, a romantic two-bedroom villa. As you enter the sun deck, one long-distance look at the sweeping ocean panorama beyond, overlooking the uninhabited island of Hans Lollick and down-island views, will thrill you. On your right is the main villa's pavilion, comfortably furnished with island charm and stocked with all the expected amenities for low-idle vacation pleasures such as games, movie and CD collections. The Great Room encompasses a living area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, and screened slider doors open to a breezy covered verandah just outside. The verandah overlooks the expanse of shimmering sea, and offers shaded seating and alfresco dining. The air-conditioned master suite beckons romance with its bamboo four-poster king bed and ensuite bath; a step from the bed is screened door which opens to the verandah and those amazing ocean views. Behind the main villa is a garden patio canopied by a pergola and sheltered from tradewinds, offering a gas grill and yet another outdoor dining option. A separate pavilion on the opposite side of the pool and sun deck houses Wild Ginger's second air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite, furnished with a king bed and cable TV.
