Nancy's Description of St. James Bay House This villa is one of the best and most popular private residences we have to offer. Situated just 50 feet from the ocean's edge and fronted by a sandy bulkheaded beach, St. James Bay House is designed as a luxurious adult retreat. The wide stairway of St. James Bay House welcomes you into the entry palazzo with stone walls, an outdoor kitchen and casual dining area. Grand double doors open to a foyer, then into the Great Room with its louvered West Indian french doors framing spectacular sea views. Through one doorway off this area lies the master king bedroom and bath suite. Through another doorway is the fully-equipped home office including a computer with DSL line. St. James Bay House enjoys full air-conditioning throughout, and a spacious, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with Viking range, chef's tools and delightful dinnerware.
