- January 5 through April 11, 2008 - 7-night minimum stay:

- April 12 through November 21, + November 29 through December 19, 2008 - 7-night minimum stay:
- $11,625 per week for 1-5 guests
- $13,875 per week for 6-10 guests
- Thanksgiving Week (November 22 through 28, 2008):
- $15,000 for 1-10 guests
- Christmas/ New Year's (December 20, 2008, through January 9, 2009) - 14-night minimum stay:

A FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE RENTAL CAR OR JEEP IS RECOMMENDED FOR STEELE POINT. A 14-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED FOR XMAS/NEW YEAR'S PERIOD. Steele Point Estate's manager, Rick, lives in a separate cottage on the Estate.
