Nancy's Description of Sand Dollar Estate Luxurious, elegant and superbly equipped, this stunning custom villa is set just above its own perfect white sand pocket beach on the shores of beautiful Magens Bay. Recently expanded by a spacious new deck off the main living and dining areas and fully air-conditioned with contemporary island decor, Sand Dollar Estate has always delighted its many guests, including Presidents. The upper entry level opens to two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and one with two twin sofabeds and a sunroom alcove with a full sofabed, perfect for small children. A few steps below is the main level with a large open kitchen (scheduled for a complete remodel in fall, 2008), a formal dining area, living area, a private office with computer, Wi-Fi and an all-in-one printer, a powder room, and a private third bedroom (queen) suite with a sitting area. The main level opens out to the new roofed verandah which spans the entire front of Sand Dollar, providing a perfect place for casual dining, cocktails and conversation, and for taking in the relaxing panorama of blue Magens Bay and beach. A short flight of stairs from the verandah takes you down to the spacious pool level and its three air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with its own separate bath and sitting area. Optional daily maid service is available at a special rate...please inquire. 1 to 12 guests will have the use of Sand Dollar's main level AND pool level suites (6 bedrooms total). *You may add the use of a sofabed, and/or foldout twin sofabed in bedroom alcoves/sitting areas for $100 per person, per night, in any of Sand Dollar Estate's bedrooms which offer these additional sleeping accommodations. When you pay the rate for 13 or more persons, you then may have the use of Little Sand Dollar (1 bedrooom + twin daybed in half bedroom plus 1 full-size air bed) in addition to Sand Dollar's 6 bedrooms.
