There's a beautiful simplicity to this clean, contemporary, and extremely spacious villa offering four air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. The oversized Great Room opens out through a wall of glass doors to the tiled deck and balconies so you may enjoy the gentle tradewinds and sweeping views, or take a splash in the private pool. A fully-equipped and perfectly-placed kitchen adjoins the dining area of the Great Room. Short hallways to the left and right of the Great Room each lead to two private, cheerfully-furnished and air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. Two of these suites open directly onto the pool deck, and another has its own private balcony. An air-conditioned and soundproofed media room is well stocked with over 100 movie videos and always-growing music, game and book collections. With its sofabed, this bonus room can accommodate an extra one or two guests. Overlook's location high on Flag Hill affords not only spectacular views but also easy access to nearby beaches, dining and shopping. With wonderful gathering areas and private places all on one level under one roof, Overlook is the perfect place for a carefree vacation for family and friends. Amenities 3 cable TVs (1 in media room + 2 in two BRs), DVD player, VCRs, CD/tape player, music + movie collections (100+ movies!), books, games, A/C in all bedrooms + A/C in media room, hair dryers, answering machine, safe for valuables, UV water purification system, gas grill, trash collection twice per week, dishwasher, laundry Rental Notes *Add $40 per person per night for 9th & 10th persons on queen sofabed in air-conditioned media room. There is a tenant in the apartment below the villa, with her own private entrance. She cannot see into any part of the villa, including the pool area, so your privacy is well assured at Overlook. We do recommend that you rent a 4WD vehicle for all Overlook rentals - when it rains heavily, the roads up to this villa can become slick and hard to drive uphill on.
