Beautiful terraced landscaping surrounds this very private home set on 5-1/2 acres. The heart of The Hacienda is the spacious covered verandah with a large dining table, and satellite TV. French doors usher you into the cool interiors of this substantial villa furnished in tropical elephant bamboo, and pickled cypress adorns ceilings and custom cabinetry throughout. Floors are cool saltillo tiles, and bathrooms all offer custom tile and glass brick showers. Just off the verandah is the kitchen and living area, with a laundry room adjoining. A hallway leads to three air-conditioned bedroom/bathroom suites done in island style - one king suite, a queen suite and the large king master suite. The master suite opens directly to a covered terrace, the pool and to inspiring 180-degree ocean views. The fourth bedroom/bath suite, an air-conditioned queen, is along the terrace, just beyond the king master suite. The Hacienda is solidly built with thick walls for cool interiors and hushed seclusion. The beautiful pool area fronts this lovely residence and overlooks the blue ocean and Divi beach below.
