Nancy's Description of Crow's Nest Crow's Nest is a one-of-a-kind vacation apartment located right in Cruz Bay, so you can walk to all shops, bars and restaurants in town. This tucked-away elegant accommodation is located atop Wharfside Village with floor-to-ceiling paned windows in its scenic gallery, affording a fabulous bird's-eye view of Cruz Bay harbor, the ferry dock (just a minute's walk down the beach), and yachts riding at anchor. The tiled gallery is furnished with a queen bed which shares space with a sitting and dining area looking out to the harbor. Wooden plantation shutters separate the gallery from the studio area within for privacy; the inner room offers a kitchen area and a mahogany four-poster queen bed. A spacious faux-marble bathroom with a generous two-person shower adjoins. The weekly and nightly Caribbean villa rental rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for U.S. Virgin Islands villas including St. Thomas villas, St. John villas and St. Croix villas; 7% for British Virgin Islands villas including Anegada villas, Little Thatch Island villas, Tortola villas and Virgin Gorda villas, and 8% for Grenada villas).
A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during HIGH SEASON and THANKSGIVING and 5 nights during LOW SEASON for most Caribbean villas. A 10-14 night minimum villa rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the Caribbean villa and island.
