Nancy's Description of Christa Villa Completely remodeled and beautifully refurbished in 2007, the wonderful ambience of this popular hilltop villa comes from its superb appointments, wraparound galleries with panoramic ocean views, and its spacious floorplan. The welcoming foyer ushers you into the extremely spacious Great Room, where the expansive sea views framed by the verandahs' arches will stop you in your tracks! The very spacious Great Room is most impressive with its stylish and upscale sink-into furnishings dressed in festive tropical colors; sofas and chairs are grouped for lively conversation and relaxation with family and friends. The Great Room shares space with Christa's just-refurbished kitchen, which now features stainless steel appliances and gourmet cooking facilities, and is big enough for several cooks to work in. An indoor dining area plus adjacent counter stools is conveniently nearby the open-plan kitchen. Covered galleries border two sides of the Great Room; all afford stunning ocean views in nearly every direction and are swept by gentle cooling tradewinds; these verandahs are set for alfresco dining and for lazy days of reading, relaxation, napping, cocktails and conversation in the shade, overlooking the blue ocean. On the Great Room's third side is the sunny courtyard set with the swimming pool. Christa Villa is sleekly done in vibrant island colors and incorporates beautiful design elements. Surrounded by flowering gardens, this spacious and artfully-executed villa offers a very expansive retreat for a large group. And just a quick drive (less than a minute) takes you down to Leverick Bay and its shops, restaurant and activities.
