Nancy's Description of Casa Bella This popular north side property provides the drama of endless ocean views from its spectacular cliffside spot. Built on three levels overlooking a rocky cove with whispering surf, Casa Bella is superbly executed with architectural interest and a pleasing floorplan, is fully air-conditioned, and the interiors have just been completely refurbished. A moongate ushers you into a garden courtyard leading to the handsome exotic-wood entrance door. As of summer 2008, please note that there is a house being built next door to Casa Bella, BUT the owner of Casa Bella is doing this building, and will NOT do any construction activity on his new house when he has guests staying at Casa Bella. However, this site can be seen from Casa Bella's upper balcony and from the pool areas. The house should be completed later this year. |
