Damage Deposit $300.00 Nancy's Description of Anchorage R-214 Situated by the sheltered waters of Cowpet Bay on St. Thomas's east end, this small and neighborly gated complex boasts a large freshwater pool, tennis courts for guests' use (and lighted for night play from November to June 15 only), lawns with gardens, and a white sand BEACH offering good snorkeling. This very comfortable two-bedroom-with-loft condo with central air-conditioning is on the top floor, affording excellent breezes and a view of the lawns, gardens and ocean. It offers two bedrooms, each with its own full bath, which adjoin the open-plan living room with kitchen and dining areas, and above via a spiral staircase, a loft with two twins, a sofabed and a half bath. A covered verandah opens out from the living room. It's an excellent vacation value for active families, located right next door to the St. Thomas Yacht Club, and conveniently situated a very short drive from other east end beaches, shopping, resorts and the St. John and Tortola ferry dock. Renting a car is not necessary at The Anchorage - you can phone a taxi to fetch you outside the electronic gate, if you wish. Amenities 2 Cable TVs (1 in LR + 1 in loft), DVD player, VCR, radio/tape player, books, central A/C, nylon Pack 'n' Play crib/playpen, dishwasher, laundry, (charcoal grills not permitted), emergency generator for complex, electronic gate into complex. Wi-Fi on the property is available at an extra charge for one day or seven or more days, and can be accessed on your laptop and paid for by credit card upon arrival - please see Rental Notes below for current rates. The use of an exercise room with workout equipment on the complex is available at no charge (please request the room's push-button code to get in). Rental Notes The loft at Anchorage R-214 is accessed via a spiral staircase and looks down only into the living area. The loft offers two twin beds, a half bath, and a separate sitting area with cable TV and a sofabed.  For Anchorage Condominium guests, there is Wi-Fi access for your laptop through ADM Wireless ($31.95/week, or $9.95/day;  Visa, MC, Amex and Discover cards accepted online).
